By Definition upload new track To The Bone

By Definition have just uploaded the lead track from their new EP ‘Eyes On Wires’. The debut EP ‘Eyes on Wires’ will be released on 01/02/2010 and we are inviting you to have first listen of the new material.

‘To The Bone’ as well as new track ‘Seven-Tailed Scorpion’ will be available as a free sample CD available at forthcoming shows as well as a free download, details to be released in December.

Formed during the summer of 2007, amid a buzzing Brighton music scene, By Definition have always had one goal in mind – to play it loud.

When they began writing and road testing material, searching for just the right mix of styles to get the job done, By Definition started to create an explosive mix of punk, early metal and southern rock. The unique blend of grinding riffs, heavy beats and no-nonsense vocals they were experimenting with, a direct expression of their own varied array of influences.

During 2008 By Definition gigged in London and Brighton, refining the style and polishing the act, delivering knockout performances night after night, to an unsuspecting crowd. It soon became clear that they were on to something, and it sounded good.

After parting ways with their original bass player in 2009, and auditioning for a “new guy” to fill the slot, things continued to roll forward for By Definition. It wasn’t long before they were back up and running again, with a successful first show under their belts, a fresh glint in their eye, and always with new material on the go, By Definition were set to unleash their creation upon the masses once more…
