Making their eagerly awaited return to the UK with three years since their last tour here and two years since they last graced the stage at Download 2011, Avenged Sevenfold are returning to the UK. What’s more, they’re going to play their first ever arena shows on our shores!

The band have scheduled a trio of shows, with dates at Manchester Arena, Wembley Arena and the LG in Birmingham. The shows will take place at the end of November / beginning of December. Having long been tipped as future festival headliners in the UK, this trio of arena shows will give Avenged Sevenfold the opportunity to prove to the masses why many people hold that opinion.

M Shadows and the boys have lined up some substantial support for the shows as Avenged Sevenfold will not be coming alone. The irrepressible Five Finger Death Punch have been confirmed as main support for the shows and will be bringing their brand of in your face metal to UK arenas for the first time. Having recently unveiled the first single to come from a double blast of albums due in 2013, and also appearing at Download and The UK Golden Gods this year, this will be 5FDP’s biggest platform in the UK so far. If that’s not enough fans of Disturbed will also get their first chance to see frontman David Draiman’s new project Device as Device will be opening the shows.

Tickets for the tour go on sale at 9am on Friday 17th of May 2013 (which is in about five minutes time at time of writing). Tickets for the shows are priced at £28.50 plus the usual fees and can be found at Ticketmaster, Live Nation, Seetickets and all the usual outlets. Confirmation of the dates follows below:
