They’d tried to keep it a secret for SO long and almost succeeded, but regardless of the fact word got out a tiny bit early – Avenged Sevenfold’s long awaited new album The Stage is OUT NOW!
Rumours had been swirling all week ever since Avenged Sevenfold announced their special #A7XOCT27LIVE VR/360 performance at Capitol Records HQ in Hollywood that took place last night that the new Avenged album was imminent. For weeks prior to this The Deathbat logo had been seen randomly in cities around the world (including in London all over Camden most appropriately for our UK readers). Then, yesterday, one day before the event a leaked copy of The Stage surfaced online, all but confirming the surprise. At the end of the event at Capitol (which was very impressive, and can be viewed below in full), the band announced that The Stage was now available everywhere.

The UK’s online retailers such as iTunes and Google Play are yet to update their listings, but the album should be available to buy from them this morning.
