For those of our readers who are Mastodon fans, they might be interested to know the exciting news that Mastodon tomorrow night will become only the second metal band ever (after the legendary Metallica) to appear on the BBC’s Later With Jools Holland. Mastodon will hit the airwaves with Jools at 10pm on BBC2 where they will no doubt be playing tracks from their latest (and rather good) album The Hunter.
For anyone who misses the initial broadcast there will be a repeat on Friday (21st) at 11pm and it is likely to be available via the iPlayer and BBC on-demand services as well.
