In one of the most shocking stories of the year to date in the metal world, Yahoo and Reuters have reported in the last few hours that Tim Lambesis, singer for the Christian metalcore band As I Lay Dying has been arrested after attempting to hire a hitman to kill his ex-wife Meggan. According to Yahoo, Tim Lambesis approached an undercover detective posing as a hitman after the San Diego Police Department received information that Lambesis was attempting to hire a person or people to kill his ex-wife. Mr Lambesis and his ex-wife separated back in September of 2012.
