They’re currently on the road in Europe with Wednesday 13, and have supported all manner of acts from Dragonforce to Motionless In White over the last eighteen months. Now London’s own shock metallers The Defiled will be taking their turn in the spotlight with a new headline . One of the UK’s fastest rising metal bands of the last two years will be on the road in support of their 2013 album Daggers, which was released through the legendary metal record label Nuclear Blast Records back in August.
Entitling their new tour the “No Place Like Home” tour, the tour will see The Defiled play eleven shows across England and Scotland, beginning at Nottingham’s legendary Rock City venue and finishing up at Leeds Cockpit. Onboard for the tour as support are two up and coming acts from across the pond in the shape of Butcher Babies and The Killing Lights, who feature Michael Vampire from Vampires Everywhere. Full details of the tour follow below:

“Finally we are coming home to headline! It’s been ages since we’ve done a proper headline tour of the UK – in fact last time was 2011 – and now we get to do it armed with a whole album’s worth of new songs to play! Since Daggers came out we’ve had some great tours supporting in the US, Europe and even the UK but there’s nothing quite like playing a full set to our own crazy fans. We’ve got some fucking cool support bands with us too, and we’re playing London on Valentines day so shit is gonna get sexy.”
