So as one might have expected, Aerosmith were one of the bands of the weekend at the 2014 Download Festival. With a set full of classics and frontman Steven Tyler on utterly unstoppable form, Aerosmith were rock and roll at it’s finest. Now, there’s the chance to experience it all over again!
Aerosmith are headlining the Calling Festival in London on Saturday 28th of June 2014, taking place on Clapham Common in South London. Other acts appearing include UK rock legends Thunder, blues rock guitar virtuoso Joe Bonamassa, former Bon Jovi axeman Richie Sambora and Duff McKagan of Velvet Revolver / Guns N’Roses fame’s latest band Walking Papers. There are also many other acts including UK up and coming rockers Heaven’s Basement, Tax The Heat and Lonely The Brave.
Tickets for the event were priced at around the £70 mark – but there’s now a very special offer courtesy of our friends at the Download Festival. A special half price offer has been put out by the team at Download HQ allowing you to pick up two tickets for the price of one – all you have to do is use the link below:
https://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/event/35004C4DEA8EB199?did=dlcalloff
The only condition is you have to buy them in multiples of two (2, 4, 6). We can’t recommend this highly enough – and let’s face it – when will you have the chance to see Aerosmith (not to mention all the other acts) for £35?! Snap up those tickets for Calling Festival while you can! A full review of Aerosmith as well as the rest of Download 2014 will be available here soon on this website. We also highlighted Steven Tyler’s performance as one of six things we picked out about Download straight after returning home from this event’s Donington extravaganza. Stay tuned to Rock Sins for further Aerosmith coverage and reviews.
