Those of you heading to Catton Hall for the festivities that only Bloodstock Open Air can bring will be delighted to know that the organisers have just confirmed plans for Bloodstock 2014’s after hours entertainment.
The arguable highlight is after Emperor have delivered their monumental headline set on Saturday night, the wannabee Hoglan’s, Mustaine’s, Burton’s and Anselmo’s amongst the Bloodstock faithful will have their chance to show off their skills with Bloodstock’s Got Talent! Just try not to get booed off or booted off stage by the Horn Of Doom ™. The individual(s) who gets the most horns raised in salute will claim the prize of winner of Bloodstock’s Got Talent 2014. The winner and everyone else can then party until 3am Sunday morning with 4DJs of the Apocalypse, plenty of metal, guest DJ’s, dancers and Hellfire performances – sounds pretty good to us!
Those who up for partying the night away on their first evening at BOA 2014 on Thursday will find the Warm Up Party in full swing, again until 3am with the DJ’s spinning the best metal tunes from Sabbath to Megadeth to Carcass and everything in-between.
Friday night, in addition to partying late into the night once again with the 4DJ’s of the Apocalypse, sees the live band karioke in full swing from 10:30pm to midnight. Ever wanted to belt out Enter Sandman or Run To The Hills in front of a sizeable crowd of your fellow metalheads? Now is your chance! Info and available songs will be viewable at the Sophie Stage during the day on Friday so get signed up nice and early if you want to give it a go.
Sunday night for those who just haven’t had enough partying will see the DJ’s in session once again until 3am.
