Massive news came from the Hevy Fest camp last night as they revealed their 2015 headliners in what looks set to be the festivals biggest line up ever. Californian Post-Hardcore veterans Thrice have been announced to be headlining the Saturday night of this years festival with an exclusive UK reunion show after going on hiatus in 2012. Joining them are Prog-Rockers Coheed And Cambria, who will headline the Friday night with an exclusive performance of In Keeping Secrets Of Silent Earth 3 in full. If this wasn’t enough, The Get Up Kids will also be performing Something To Write Home About in full ensuring that this years Hevy Festival is one you won’t want to miss. This follows on from an impressive first announcement that featured the likes of The Dillinger Escape Plan and Monuments and there’s still plenty more great bands to be announced. And of course you can still visit the zoo at Hevy Festival, there aren’t many other UK festivals that offer that.
Hevy Fest takes place at Port Lympne Wild Animal Park on Friday 14th and Saturday 15th August.
