Following it’s hugely successful debut year in 2014 where the event featured Skindred, Funeral For A Friend, The Blackout and many more, Brighton’s Breakout Festival is returning for a second year in 2015. The event will once again take place at Brighton Racecourse, this time on the 26th of September. But who’s playing this year?

First band confirmed for Breakout 2015 are the tech metal masters Sikth! Having made arguably the best metal comeback of last year, Sikth are once again a fully operating band and their appearance at Breakout will thrill many people, who are likely to buy tickets just because of Mikee, Dan and co. Joining Sikth in the first round of bands are four acts who are no strangers to putting on fantastic, hard hitting, heavy live shows. UK hardcore favourites TRC and Dead Harts will be joined by Hull “doom core” natives Black Tongue and deathcore mob Martyr Defiled.

Tickets for Breakout Festival 2015 are available from Gigantic at the following link – https://www.gigantic.com/breakout-festival-brighton-racecourse-2015-09-26-10-00.

Any bands interested in playing Breakout 2015 will have the opportunity to apply to play the festival – in fact you can do so right now! There is both a public vote and a “headliners choice”, with applications open until the first of June.
