The Red Paintings are not your average rock band. Masterminded by Australian Trash McSweeney, they’ve developed a reputation as a unique, formidable live act, who take their live shows well beyond the boundaries of pure music.
For their UK return next month, The Red Paintings are seeking artists to submit their works to the band with the premise that successful applicants will be invited to come and paint live as part of one of the shows on The Red Paintings’ UK tour. They are also looking for models to volunteer as Human Canvasses to be painted as part of the shows. Anyone interested please contact the band directly at [email protected].
With the live art aspect, unique set designs and costumes, A Red Paintings concert is not a run of the mill gig. The dates and locations for the tour are as follows:

The Red Paintings will also release a limited edition vinyl of their acclaimed début album The Revolution Is Never Coming on the 23rd Of October. Limited to just 500 copies worldwide, it is a two disc, two coloured vinyl release with a red disc and a white disc.
