Love them or hate them, Issues are one band virtually everyone has an opinion on. Their blend of r&b influenced metalcore (we always feel weird writing that combination) leaves few sitting on the fence, but it is here in the UK they’ve arguably had their biggest successes so far, including supporting Bring Me The Horizon at BMTH’s massive Wembley Arena show last Christmas. Now May 2016 will see Issues embark on their biggest headline tour of the UK thus far called the “Rebound” tour.
The five date tour will cover England, Scotland and Wales, beginning in Cardiff at the Yplas venue and finishing at Southampton’s Engine Rooms, with London, Manchester and Glasgow in-between (there’s also a very suspicious three day gap in the schedule which would fit nicely with Slam Dunk Festival 2016, funny that). Confirmation of the dates as they currently stand below:
Issues UK Rebound Headline Tour May 2016
Tues 24 May – Yplas, Cardiff
Wed 25 May – Koko, London
Thurs 26 May – 02 Ritz, Manchester
Fri 27 May – Garage, Glasgow
Tues 31 May – Engine Rooms, Southampton
Tickets go on sale this Friday (27th November 2015) at 10am through Seetickets and the other usual suspects. Tyler Carter can’t wait to bring Issues back to the UK:
“We’ve been teasing the UK with a real headliner for a long time, so we’re super-duper excited to give the Brits a taste of what we’re really made of! We owe it to you (the fans)” continues Tyler Carter vocalist in the band, “you’ve been one of the biggest supporters of Issues since day one. We will be playing songs from our new album, and we are really hyped about our openers!! Can’t wait to announce.”
