The Red Paintings Announce PledgeMusic Campaign For New Album, New UK Tour Starts Today

A band that first became familiar to us here at Rock Sins last year, Australian art / noise rock outfit The Red Paintings have resurfaced for a brand new UK tour. Having kicked things off at the world famous Whitby Goth Weekend Festival on Friday night, The Red Paintings now head to London and beyond with their support acts, Norwegian folk doom act Yuma Sun and British songstress Louise Distras. Their tour will also combine with Kerrang and New Grave favourites Ashestoangels for two of the show – in Chester and Birimingham! Full details can be found here:

April 30 – The Scene, SWANSEA
May 2 – The Fleece Bristol, BRISTOL

Tickets for the tour can be obtained from and cost approximately £10 plus fees. This tour comes as The Red Paintings have fallen under the auspices of a mysterious organisation known as TIME, who have taken direct control of the bands’ PledgeMusic campaign to fund their second album.
