Bowling For Soup’s busy 2016 isn’t quite over yet! They’ve returned for a huge headline tour, they’ve entertained arenas with Steel Panther and Buckcherry, and they’ve released a very popular new studio album in the shape of Drunk Dynasty. But before the curtain closes on 2016, Bowling For Soup have one more ace up their sleeve.
Back in 2013, BFS frontman Jaret Reddick and bassist Erik Chandler performed one of their always anticipated acoustic shows, only with a bit of a difference. This one took place in London’s majestic Union Chapel, and being how it’s not everyday you get to play Union Chapel, Bowling For Soup decided to record the show for a live CD and DVD. The result is “Acoustic In A Freakin’ English Church”, which will be released on the 16th of December. Acoustic In A Freakin’ English Church is available to pre-order from the Bowling For Soup PledgeMusic website www.drunkdynasty.com.
Bowling For Soup were also recently announced for the 2017 Slam Dunk Festival, where they will be one of the main acts along with Don Broco and headliners Enter Shikari – tickets for which are available at www.slamdunkmusic.com. Stay tuned for more BFS updates as and when we have them!
