Welcome to the penultimate Rock Sins video of the week for 2016! With Canadian rockers Monster Truck winning out last time, this time around we’ve got another mix of home grown and international talent all vying for your votes.
First up is Metallica’s tribute to the one and only Lemmy Kilmister of Motorhead. Their video for Murder One shows Lemmy in a very unique and fitting tribute, and will appeal to lots of people for different reasons.
Next up are circle pit Wizards Devildriver with their video for Trust No One. Filmed at Knotfest meets Ozzfest in the US in October, the clip shows Devildriver doing what they do best, entertaining lots of people and getting a crowd moving!
Beans On Toast isn’t the kind of artist you find on Rock Sins necessarily on a regular basis, but when they’re as talented as Beans’ is, there will always be room here for people like him. His new video for We Made It To The Waterfall is our third video this week, so if you like what you see – you know what to do!
Danish metallers Forever Still are a recent discovery to Rock Sins, but one we’re huge fans of. Their new video for Awake The Fire is a perfect showcase of what they’re all about, including the vocals of the awesome Maja. Like what you hear? Then maybe Forever Still will be your pick of the week.
While She Sleeps are a band that should need no introduction to our readers. Currently in the process of a DIY revolution for their third album, their video for Hurricane was filmed at their Sheffield HQ, where they are funding their whole album process through PledgeMusic. Getting the fans involved on a personal level in many ways, this video shows the relationship between While She Sleeps and their fans just going from strength to strength.
Last but definitely not least, Birmingham rockers Led By Lanterns are using their new single Save A Life to raise awareness of a very worthy cause. Helping to combat the fight against Knife Crime, Save A Life is the signature song for the Save A Life, Surrender Your Knife campaign. The video tells a powerful story of how one mother lost her son to knife crime, and she’s teamed up with the band to help tell a story that needs to be brought home to a lot of people.
The vote will close at 12pm midday (UK time) on Wednesday the 21st of December – so it’s a slightly shorter contest than we usually run. This is to allow for our very special “best of” contest that we will reveal next week. So, our readers have just under 5 days to choose a winner – get voting!
