Well, what a titanic struggle to kick off Rock Sins 2017 video of the week series. After over 5,000 votes (approximately the same number who voted in the 2016 video of the year contest), London pop punkers with a rap makeover, Youth Killed It, just took home the crown. They were engaged in a week long struggle with their international neighbours Esprit D’Air (originally from Japan but now residing in London) but in the end Youth Killed It won by a respectable 151 votes. Nergal from Behemoth’s new project, Me And That Man, was a creditable third after amassing several hundred votes (which would often be a good enough figure to win).
Anyway, here’s the winning video, Popstar, which you can enjoy below:
Youth Killed It’s debut album, Modern Bollotics, is out in May via Rude Records. You can pre-order a physical copy of the album on the following link – http://smarturl.it/YKIBolloticsPhysical.
Stay tuned for the next Rock Sins video of the week vote very soon!
