Following on from their impressive headliner announcement recently, ArcTanGent 2017 are keeping up the festival’s momentum with another ten bands added to the line up.

In particular, there are a number of heavy hitters joining headliners Converge and Explosions In The Sky. Firstly tech metal legends SikTh, who have been destroying crowds around the land with Trivium over the last week or so, and continue to do so in Mainland Europe as we speak. Tech/prog hybrid favourites TesseracT are another big name to join the ArcTanGent 2017 line up fine, as are Rock Sins’ favourites, post-metallers Bossk.

On the hardcore side of things Employed To Serve will be serving (pun intended) large doses of punishment to all those who witness what will be one of the heaviest sets of the weekend too. Completing the new additions are Tricot, Gug, Lost In Kiev, The Physics House Band, Stobes and the brilliantly named Wot Gorilla?.

TesseracT had this to say about playing the festival:

“We are very excited to be playing Arctangent 2017. With line-ups that have always been daring and experimental, it’s been great to watch Arctangent go from strength to strength over the years and it’s been on our radar for quite some time now. And with the added bonus of playing alongside the amazing Converge and Explosions In The Sky, and drinking the west country’s finest cider, it promises to be a very enjoyable weekend!”

ArcTanGent Festival 2017 takes place on the 17th – 19th of August at Fernhill Farm, approximately 10 miles from Bristol. Tickets for the festival are available from the official festival website http://www.arctangent.co.uk/tickets-on-sale-now/.

Stay tuned to Rock Sins for more line up announcements and general news on ArcTanGent in the weeks to come!
