Dormant for some time, the progressive metal legends that are Dream Evil have returned. The first new Dream Evil album in almost seven years, “Six” (the band’s sixth studio album) has just been confirmed for a release on the 26th of May 2017 through Century Media Records. How exciting!!

Asked for some thoughts on their return, here’s what Dream Evil had to say collectively about their new album:
“Finally, SIX years after the release of ‘In The Night’ we started to record our new album entitled ‘SIX’, which is DREAM EVIL’s album number SIX. We know it took us a while to get our thumbs out of our asses, but now the wait is over and we are sure the new material has made the waiting time worthwhile. On May 26th the time is here, it’s time for ‘SIX’.”
Six’s rather impressive album cover artwork has been created by Gustavo Sazes, who has worked on other Dream Evil artwork as well as pieces for bands such as Arch Enemy and Amaranthe. Check out the artwork below:
