It feels like we’ve only just had a Bloodstock Open Air Festival announcement for this Summer’s festivities at Catton Hall, but it’s time for more bands to join the 2017 Bloodstock line up.
First up is an enormous announcement for Saturday’s special guests, who are none other than German thrash kings Kreator! They have been tearing up UK stages over the last week all over the country, and their hordes of fans will be delighted with their impending swift return. Their Vocalist/guitarist Mille Petrozza is very happy to be playing the festival, stating simply:
“We are happy to finally return to BLOODSTOCK! KREATOR will give you the full treatment this time. WE SHALL KILL.”
Alongside Kreator are three more bands joining the bill at BOA 2017. Firstly, and perhaps most interestingly, Flint marmite rap metallers King 810 have been afforded a main stage slot at this year’s Boodstock. Friday night’s Sophie Stage headliners have been announced as black metal duo Inquisition, while Australian noise lords King Parrot are also going to appear on the Sophie Lancaster Stage at Bloodstock 2017.
All of the above bands will be joining headliners Megadeth and Amon Amarth, Kreator’s fellow special guests Blind Guardian and Arch Enemy, and dozens of other bands such as Hatebreed, Skindred, Obituary, Wintersun, Soilwork and many more at this year’s Bloodstock Open Air Festival. Grab your tickets if you haven’t already on the ticket shop link right here http://bloodstock.seetickets.com/ for £139 plus fees.
Stay tuned to Rock Sins for more BOA festival news as we inch closer to the Summer!
