With the new Slipknot album now just three weeks away from release, they’ve only gone and dropped another new track. Titled Solway Firth, this is the second single to surface from Slipknot’s upcoming album We Are Not Your Kind. WANYK (to give it its abbreviation) lands on the 9th of August through Slipknot’s long term record label home Roadrunner Records. You can check out the video for Solway Firth below:
The Solway Firth video is a collaboration between Slipknot and the upcoming Amazon original series “The Boys”, which is released on the 26th of July. The video features a mix of footage from the show and from The Knot’s recent European run of shows and festivals, which included their electrifying performance at Download 2019. The video was once again directed by M. Shawn Crahan aka Clown.
In addition to the new single, Slipknot have issued confirmation of the cities for their upcoming 2020 European tour. Last week a scrambled message was sent to members of Outside The 9 (the Slipknot fanclub). Eager fans quickly deduced which UK cities were amongst the list.
