Infectious Positivity with Sundressed’s Latest Single, ‘Your Frequency’

Sundressed

Arizona indie punks Sundressed are building up excitement for their hugely anticipated new album, Home Remedy which is out September 18th. The album will be released via Rude Records and features previously released tracks Oh Please and Home Remedy.

Music is often a go-to escape for many people and this album is perfect for exactly that. “Home Remedy is a record about getting better by any means necessary,” explains frontman Trevor Hedges.

Following on from its premiere on The Noise, the bands’ newest single Your Frequency explores a tough reality that many creative types will know all too well; having to work more than one job to keep yourself afloat and support what you love doing. Despite highlighting the stressful reality of having to balance work, passions and seeing loved ones, the track has an enormously optimistic sound.

Sundressed is the product of living in a hugely busy world and feeling like you’re living through uncertain times, something which feels especially relevant now. In 2012 Hedges started the project as a way of helping support and maintain his sobriety through a creative outlet. Eights years on, the drive has been refocused to bring attention to tackling taboo subjects such as mental health. With confessional lyrics and a high energy sound, the hope is fans will continue to move forward and carry on.

Joining frontman Hedges are AJ Peacox (guitar), Vic Chan (drums), Matthew Graham, and Justin Portillo. Home Remedy, produced by Mike Pepe, is striving to have an optimistic impact on listeners one lyric at a time, and is available to pre-order now at sundressed.lnk.to/homeremedy
