Myles Kennedy has released the video for his latest solo single, Get Along. In the animated video, a group of animals band together to protect their forest home from pollution and deforestation.

The video reflects the theme of the single, which is the belief that only by working together can we better protect our world. The animation was based on an idea by Kennedy himself and was created by director and animator Ollie Jones, working alongside fellow animators Jake Lava and Sam Clark

Get Along is the third track to be taken from Kennedy’s second solo album, The Ides Of March, which drops on May 14th 2021 and can be pre-ordered on this link. The album is set to be a heavier affair than his previous solo effort, Year Of The Tiger, which took an acoustic direction. You can check out the initial album announcement and the first single, In Stride, on this link.

Kennedy is perhaps best known for being the frontman of million selling hard rock outfit Alter Bridge, with whom Kennedy has released six albums. He’s also worked with Slash on the Guns N’ Roses guitarist’s solo material.
