Due to circumstances beyond Trivium’s control, their show scheduled for the 15th of January 2023 at London’s Brixton Academy has been up in the air, owing to the fatal incident that occurred at the venue before Christmas, and the subsequent suspension of Brixton Academy’s venue license. The license was due to resume on the 16th of January – the day after the Trivium show.
Thankfully, a new venue has been secured on the same night, none other than the legendary Hammersmith Apollo! This means Trivium can complete their tour of the UK and Ireland as scheduled. Here’s the word directly from the band:
No sleep til.. Hammersmith!! London we’re coming to the Eventim Apollo, get ready!
Due to events at O2 Academy Brixton a couple of weeks ago, our show is no longer able to happen at that venue. We’ve been working with our team throughout the holidays to try and find a solution. The show will now take place at the Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith on the same date – Sunday 15th January.
You will contacted by your ticket agent in the next couple of days with detailed information, so please keep an eye on your inbox and read the email carefully.
The good news is that we’ve been able to release more tickets for the show and they’ll be available from 10am Thursday 5th January.
Seated tickets for the show look to be back on sale already from Eventim. Those after standing tickets may wish to check back at 10am on the 5th to see if any more become available, as they are currently showing as sold out.
