Alternative rock band You Me At Six, has just released a brand new single titled :mydopamine: via Underdog Records / AWAL Recordings. The track explores having someone close to you who makes you feel good. :mydopamine: is the fifth single featuring on their highly-anticipated 8th studio album Truth Decay. The new album Lands February 10th; along with a UK-wide tour and performances at Reading & Leeds festivals later in the year.
Speaking of the track Josh Franceschi stated.
“Dopamine is the body’s feel-good chemical, it’s responsible for allowing you to have pleasure, satisfaction and motivation. This song is about someone being that for you, making you feel good, making you feel alive.”
To mark the release of the album, the band have partnered with Music Declares Emergency and have made available a very limited number of Truth Decay ‘Decayed Versions’. Made from recycled plastics and paint, a portion of the sales from this version will go to Music Declares Emergency’s ‘No Music On A Dead Planet’ campaign.

You Me At Six will begin their UK tour on February 1st in Plymouth and then head up to Scotland before making their way back down south to London.
