Grammy award nominees and progressive metal royalty, Spiritbox have just announced their latest studio album. Entitled Tsunami Sea and due to hit shelves on March 7th 2025, the bands second full length release has been hotly anticipated since they dropped their last single, Soft Spine. Which was lauded by both critics and fans alike and quickly became a staple addition to their live setlists.
Finally however, the wait is over and Spiritbox have released a few tantalising details about the upcoming Tsunami Sea. Produced by longtime collaborator Dan Braunstein and guitarist Mike Stringer and mixed by Zakk Cervini, whose previous album credits include Bring Me The Horizon and Bad Omens. Tsunami Sea looks poised to push Spiritbox’s sound further than ever. While still remaining true to their heavy metal roots.
With Soft Spine having already caused a stir for its ferocious and relentlessly heavy sound. The bands latest single, Perfect Soul, offers a sneak peak into Tsunami Sea’s more melodic side. With the official music video going live on Rise Records YouTube channel at 8pm GMT on November 18th.
Tsunami Sea is also available to pre-order now, with a variety of coloured vinyl pressings available. Including a rather special liquid sleeved edition that will be limited to just 500 units world wide! As well as a digital and CD release. The full tracklisting is availble to check out below-
