Halestorm Announce Brand New Album ‘Everest’ & World Tour

Grammy award winning hard rockers, Halestorm are currently gearing up for a summer of festival appearances. That hasn’t stopped them dropping a duo of huge announcements this week though. Including details of their upcoming sixth studio album and accompanying world tour.

Poised for release on August 8th, fans have already had a sneak peak of Halestorms latest offering, Everest. With ‘The Darkness Always Wins’ having already landed on digital streaming services over the past week. There’s no music video yet, but you can check it out on your platform of choice here.

Produced by legendary Nashville studio wizard Dave Cobb. Whose past credits include working alongside the likes of Rival Sons, Jason Isbell and Chris Stapleton. Everest is the culmination of the two decade long jounery that has seen a siblings dream turn into an arena filling reality.

“Our album Everest is a story of our journey as a band, full of beautiful endings and new beginnings,” says Halestorm frontwoman Lzzy Hale.  “We weave a tangled web of melancholy, frustration, anger, and the vast purgatory of love and love lost. It is a rollercoaster of epic musical detours, great songwriting and completely unhinged twists and turns. Everest is an auditory representation of the 4 pillars of Halestorm. Let us reintroduce ourselves and invite you into our world…if you dare.”

Halestorm also announced their touring plans for the upcoming year. With the nEVEREST (see what they did there?) world tour campaign set to take Halestorm out on the road this winter across the US and Europe. Climaxing with a run of five UK headline shows with support from the mighty Bloodywood and Kelsey Carter & The Heroines. A full list of which is available to check out below.

Pre-order packages for Everest are available now, including an alternate artwork D2C edition. Tickets for their upcoming tour set to go on sale next week. With UK pre-sales commencing on Tuesday May 6th. You can head over to the bands offical website to pick up Everest in your prefferred flavour of vinyl or CD as well as keep an eye out for tickets when they become available.
