Having been announced as support for Architects European tour just weeks ago. Enigmatic masked mystery men, PRESIDENT have issued a lengthy, yet suitably engmatic communiqué this week. Detailing the release of their first EP, KING OF TERRORS.
KING OF TERRORS The Inaugural EP.
Forged in solitude. Shaped by memory.
These are chapters drawn from the
shadows we tend to sidestep—
because facing them demands more
than most are willing to give.
PRESIDENT began as an attempt to
confront the uncomfortable.
To watch others embrace that
confrontation has been quietly profound.
There is still work to be done.
We press forward.
Scheduled for release on September 26th. The six track EP, which is available to pre-save now, features a tracklisting that will be familar to those lucky enough to have caught the groups first live appearance. Which took place at Download Festival last month. As well as likely forming the backbone of PRESIDENT’S set at their forthcoming sold out headline show. Taking place at The Garage in London on July 30th.

On top of that. PRESIDENT have also released a third single, from what we now know as their debut EP. Simply entitled, Rage. Which see’s the bands sound take a more electronic turn. With a trance like build up, followed by an onslaught of downtuned riffs. Accompanied by a music video that seemingly depicts a dance between yin and yang. Giving the track an even deeper meaning.
Rage is available now on all major digital streaming services. For more information on PRESIDENT you can head over to their official website. If you want to stay up to date on every presidential address you can also follow them on social media.
