Video Premiere! Rosellas – Get Over Yourself

It may be the end of the week but the new music keeps flowing! Rock Sins is very pleased to be able to unveil the brand new single from Manchester rising alt rockers Rosellas. The track is titled Get Over Yourself – and we have an exclusive premiere of the video for everyone to enjoy.

Get Over Yourself is underpinned by Rosellas vocalist Drew’s sultry northern tones, mixing well with some lovely guitar melodies. The video itself has a throwback feel to some of the best DIY videos of the 90’s, a tribute to sepia at it’s finest. Please check out Rosella’s Get Over Yourself video below:

Get Over Yourself is taken from the band’s upcoming EP Every Beautiful Night. We’re going to hand over to a couple of the band to tell us all a bit more about their new single:

It was the last track of the EP to be completed & definitely one we kicked about for a while. So pleased how it’s turned out!

It was actually a lyric in the song that gave the EP it’s name also, but fundamentally it’s a track about people who take themselves way too seriously & through that, can never be happy.

Rosellas have been steadily growing their profile over the last couple of years and are racking up the achievements; they’ve sold out the 800 capacity Academy 2 in their Manchester hometown, and they’ve even had their music appear on the long established BBC TV show Waterloo Road!
