Bristol noise makers RXPTRS are bringing back a much loved band tradition. On the 19th of December, they will host their third Christmas gig, having not held one since 2021. The gig is in their hometown of Bristol – but there’s a big twist this time around – the location is a secret!
If you can decipher the clues, the instructions are simple. Message the band with where you think the show is, and if you get it right, you’ll get in, free of charge! The all important clues are below:

We’re going to hand over to RXPTRS themselves to tell you about the event on the 19th of December in more detail:
“RXPTRS traditionally throw an XMAS Show on the run up to Christmas. This year we wanted to do something different. Instead of a regular gig, we’ve hired a unique, intimate venue and we’re throwing a party with free entry. We’ve stacked it with beer, beer pong, games, giveaways, limited edition merch and utter ridiculousness. We’re building an extension to the stage, we’re bringing full production and we’ll be bringing band friends along for the ride.
Now, it is free, it will be chaos, it will be intimate, but there is a catch. The location is a secret, and to earn an invitation to the party you have to figure out where it’s gonna be held. We’ve been drip feeding clues and we will release more every few days up until Friday 19th December, when the party kicks off.
It’ll be insane, and a lot more up-close and personal than anyone will be used to, but to get in, you have to figure out where it’s going down.
2025 has been an incredible year for us, so we wanted to say thank you in a different way. That way is a party, with live music, beer pong comps, giveaways, beer and Mario Kart.
It’ll be the perfect way to close out the year, with utter carnage.“
