My Chemical Romance Share Support Acts For Hugely Anticipated Tour

What feels like a life time ago, way back in 2019, My Chemical Romance broke the internet with the news of a reunion and a run of live shows. Since the devastating news of the band parting ways back in 2013, it’s been a dream for them to reunite and perform the music we all adore once again.

Having not performed in the UK since headlining Reading and Leeds back in 2011, the tour presented by SJM concerts and Paradigm will see over 160,000 experience My Chemical Romance live once again; and for many fans for the first time ever.

Kicking off the tour in May, My Chemical Romance will play eight shows across the UK and Ireland, including two nights at Cornwall’s stunning Eden Sessions. Milton Keynes will see three shows, upgraded from the initial single show announcement. Fans can also catch the band in Dublin, Warrington, Cardiff and Glasgow.

In addition to this run of shows, fans overseas can also get in on the action with the band heading out on extensive dates throughout the US and Europe this year, including the emo kids dream of When We Were Young Festival with three dates.

With the countdown well and truly on, announcements have now been made for a whole host of support acts across the dates.

Supporting My Chemical Romance across the dates we will see nine artists, including British legends, Placebo, who have just released the long awaited album, Never Let Me Go.

Alongside Placebo, punk troubadour Frank Turner, grit pop artist Cassyette, LA rock band Starcrawler and soulful rock’n’roll legend Barns Courtney will also be joining the tour on select dates. Fans will also be able to catch rising stars Crawlers, dark pop artist AViVA, LostAlone and US pop rock powerhouse Charlotte Sands.

Tickets are incredibly limited so you’ll need to be quick to get them! As always it’s best to check out fan to fan resale to make sure you avoid disappointment!
