Five Finger Death Punch Pull Out Of Appearance at Download Festival 2012

Within the last hour, the news has broken that unfortunately Five Finger Death Punch are no longer appearing at the tenth anniversary of the Download Festival at Donington Park. Five Finger Death Punch released a short statement on the matter on the official Download Festival website which read as follows:

“Due to logistical circumstances beyond their control, Five Finger Death Punch regrettably have to cancel this year’s performance at Download. The band apologizes to the fans for any inconvenience, and are currently looking to schedule a return UK performance sometime in the fall of 2012.”

According to the statement, the band are trying to reschedule a UK performance, which would have been 5FDP’s third appearance at Donington and a first on the hallowed turf at Castle Donington since 2010 for later in 2012.
