We all thought Download were finished with their line up editions for 2018 – but with one month to go they’ve managed to squeeze a couple more bands onto an already jam-packed line up. The mighty Napalm Death are bringing their unique brand of grindcore to the hallowed Donington turf once again. For those wanting to throw hands with Barney and co, you can find them in The Dogtooth Stage on Friday night, just before headliners TesseracT! They’ve also just released a brand new music video for the track Standardization, which you can check out below:
Also joining the 2018 Download Festival party are another homegrown act, Lancaster rockers Massive Wagons. Having honed their craft over the last few years with hundreds of shows and festival appearances everywhere from Bloodstock to Planet Rockstock, Massive Wagons are a hugely welcome addition to Download 2018. They can be found in The Dogtooth Stage tent on Saturday, late in the afternoon / early evening.
Napalm Death and Massive Wagons join headliners Avenged Sevenfold, Guns N’Roses and Ozzy Osbourne plus the likes of Bullet For My Valentine, Volbeat, Black Stone Cherry, Thunder, Marilyn Manson, Shinedown, You Me At Six, Hell Is For Heroes, Bad Religion, TesseracT, Parkway Drive, Babymetal, Neck Deep, Thy Art Is Murder, Rise Against, Alexisonfire, The Hives, Baroness and many, many more plus the superstars of WWE NXT at the 2018 Download Festival at Donington Park from June 8th – 10th (campsite open 6th – 11th).
