The Rolling Stones are celebrating their 60th anniversary in style with two huge shows at London’s Hyde Park.

The two nights at American Express presents BST Hyde Park will be on Saturday 25th June and Sunday 3rd July. The shows are 60 years on from the legendary band’s first ever show at the iconic Marquee Club in London.

Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood will treat fans to their biggest hits on both nights, one again joined by Steve Jordan on drums. Each night will also include surprises and incredible stage production.

This won’t be the first time The Rolling Stones have graced the Hyde Park stage. One of their most famous shows of all time took place in the park in 1969, where it’s estimated between 250,000 and half a million people came to see the band perform. They also returned in 2013 to open BST Hyde Park, playing two sold-out shows to 130,000 fans.

Jim King, CEO of European Festivals at AEG Presents says: “Whenever Hyde Park is mentioned, it’s impossible not to think of The Rolling Stones. Two nights on June 25th and July 3rd cap off an incredible line up for BST Hyde Park 2022 but nobody brings it like the Stones when they’re on home turf in London.”

The Rolling Stones have also announced an additional live date at Anfield Stadium in Liverpool on Thursday 9th June 2022.

Tickets for the Hyde Park shows are on sale now, with prices starting from £79.95. Ticket details can be found here.

After two years away, 2022’s BST Hyde Park line-up features some huge names, showcasing some of the biggest musical artists of all time, including Elton John, Adele, Pearl Jam and Eagles.
