The news that Alter Bridge fans have been waiting for ever since it was announced back in February that the band were heading back into the studio is here! The band have confirmed details of their upcoming seventh album – Pawns and Kings.
Pawns and Kings will be comprised of ten songs, and is set for release on the 14th of October 2022 through Napalm Records. Michael “Elvis” Baskette, the band’s longtime collaborator, is once again handling production duties on the album. Pawns and Kings is available to pre-save and pre-order in a variety of formats on this link. Pre-order bundles include multiple limited edition vinyl variants. Alter Bridge will return to the UK and Ireland in the run up to Christmas 2022 on their recently announced arena tour. The tour, which comes at the end of a six week run all across Europe, is Alter Bridge’s fifth UK arena tour. Impressive support comes in the form of Halestorm and Mammoth WVH. Remaining tickets are on sale now. Away from Alter Bridge, both Myles Kennedy and Mark Tremonti both recently appeared at the 2022 Download Festival.
