For a couple of weeks, Architects‘ Sam Carter has been hinting at a huge UK show, or shows, on Twitter. It seems the posters put up around the Reading Festival site, now that the gates are open, have provided the answer!
Architects are set to headline their biggest ever UK show to date at London’s Alexandra Palace on the 3rd of February, being supported by none other than both While She Sleeps and Counterparts. We’ll give you a moment to let that utterly ridiculous line up sink in.
The poster says that tickets will go on sale on the 31st of August at 10am through Live Nation and Ticketmaster. So, anyone who wants tickets better get ready, because one week from today, they are gonna fly. This will be Architects first UK headline show since the incredibly emotional tour in November 2016.
Both Architects and While She Sleeps will play Reading and Leeds this weekend. Architects appear on the main stage at Reading on Sunday (Leeds on Friday), while While She Sleeps headline The Pit stage on Saturday at Reading and Sunday at Leeds. Reading is sold out, but last minute tickets for Leeds remain available (apart from Sunday day tickets) at https://www.leedsfestival.com/tickets.
