Fozzy To Team Up With Soil, Breed 77 & Never Means Maybe For December 2012 UK Tour

Fozzy on The Zippo Encore Second Stage at Download 2012

Fresh from their triumphant return to the hallowed turn of Donington at last month’s Download Festival, Fozzy will be returning to their second home in December as co-headliners of a very impressive tour lineup. The huge rock stars will be sharing co-headlining duties with metal veterans Soil, who, like Fozzy, had a triumphant return to Download and tore up the Pepsi Max Tent in very impressive fashion.

Joining Fozzy and Soil are two more great bands: British / Gibraltan flamenco metallers Breed77 and relative newcomers, Essex’s own Never Means Maybe. The tour will take in nine shows across the length of the UK, starting in Stoke and finishing off on the south coast in Brighton with a London date at Camden’s Electric Ballroom the pick of the bunch in between. Full details of the tour are below:

Never short of a few words, Fozzy frontman Chris Jericho was his usual enthusiastic self when commenting on Fozzy’s upcoming tour:

“The U.K. has always been FOZZY’s second home, and after the amazing experience we had rocking Download 2012, we couldn’t wait to return to the U.K. That’s why this tour with SOiL is so huge for us. To be able to come back to England, Scotland and Wales with a band of their stature is going to blow away our fans, their fans, and make new fans for both of us! Mark my words… for excitement, energy and pure value, FOZZY vs Soil is going to be THE tour of the fall!!”

Tickets are priced at around £17 plus booking fees (£18 for London). Fozzy’s brand new album Sin and Bones lands in the UK on August 14th through Century Media Records.
