Incase you missed the news when it broke at the end of last week, we thought we would bring our readers up to date with the bombshell that, after many years of being linked and rumoured for the festival, the legendary King Diamond is the first confirmed headliner for Bloodstock Open Air Festival 2013.
This exclusive performance will mark The King Diamond Band’s first live show in the UK in many, many years and it will be a UK exclusive performance for 2013 meaning the only place to see King Diamond in the UK during 2013 will be in August at Catton Hall. With the lineup already containing a very special guest appearance from big four thrash legends Anthrax, as well as Greek maestros Firewind, German metal veterans Accept and the rising US/Canadian stars of Fozzy, this latest news is likely to please purist metal fans across the UK and further afield alike.
Bloodstock Open Air Festival 2013 will take place at it’s usual venue of Catton Hall, Derbyshire on the 8th to the 11th of August 2013.
