Straight from the horses mouth, or in this case both official band website and Download Festival booker Andy Copping on Twitter, Bullet For My Valentine will be returning to Donington for their sixth appearance at the festival in 2013. Most recently seen at Download sub-headlining Linkin Park in 2011, the Welsh metal four piece are likely to be found high up the bill on the main stage or headlining the second stage (to be confirmed). They will be appearing at Download on the opening day (Friday), which is to be headlined by none other than Slipknot.
Bullet join Slipknot along with other headliners Iron Maiden & Rammstein, 30 Seconds To Mars, Queens Of The Stone Age, Volbeat, HIM, Motorhead, Alice In Chains, A Day To Remember and The Gaslight Anthem as the acts announced so far for Download 2013. Tickets are on sale now on the official festival website and from all the usual online retailers.
