On the sixth night of Slipknot’s Prepare For Hell tour, the band return to London’s Wembley Arena for their first London show since 2009. Needless to say this was an incredibly anticipated set, especially after KoRn and Slipknot performed a ridiculous but amazing cover of the Beastie Boys’ “Sabotage” during KoRn’s set, the bar was lifted from the very start of Slipknot’s set and from the reaction of Friday night’s crowd, the band lived up to everyone’s expectations. With an opening consisting of XIX, Sarcastrophe, The Heretic Anthem and My Plague, the sold out Wembley Arena crowd was delighted with Slipknot favourites both old and new. If you haven’t read our review with everything that happened throughout the night you can check out a full account of the gig on this link but otherwise please enjoy our selection of exclusive shots from the night here!
Don’t forget to check out our gallery from KoRn’s fantastic performance at Wembley as well – you can see those pictures right here on this link. Rock Sins was also incredibly privileged to conduct an interview with one of The Nine on the Prepare For Hell Tour, percussionist and backing vocalist Chris Fehn aka #3. You can read Rock Sins interview with Chris right here.
Stay tuned for further updates from both the Slipknot and KoRn camps as and when we have them.
