Well, Trivium aren’t messing about here are they?! Having not long ago released one of the albums of the year in the shape of The Sin And The Sentence, they’ve now announced an enormous UK and European Tour with a huge supporting cast.
Joining Trivium on the run of UK shows in Mid April are none other than 2017 hardcore breakthrough superstars Code Orange, who will appear on the UK shows and be direct support to Trivium at all shows on British shores. Also joining the party are US metalcore smashers Power Trip, and opening proceedings will be the UK’s extreme metal scenes current band of choice, Venom Prison! Power Trip and Venom Prison will also support on all the European dates of the tour.
Want to hear the good word from Matt Heafy and co? Look no further:
“It’s time to bring ‘The Sin and The Sentence’ to the UK and Europe! One of the greatest things about headlining a tour is picking the bands to round out the bill. CODE ORANGE, POWER TRIP, and VENOM PRISON are not only the leading edge of the next wave of great metal acts, they are also three of our personal favourites. We are going to dive deep into our back catalogue to pair up the new tunes with some older classics and a few rarities we haven’t played in a long time. See you all very soon!”
The UK part of the tour is comprised of five shows, finishing with a massive show at London’s Brixton Academy on the 21st of April. Full details follow below:
