Following their mesmerizing performance at Incineration Festival and a string of stunning European appearances, Denver-based cosmic death metal visionaries Blood Incantation have announced ‘Absolute Elsetour II’, their headline tour across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe this October. After redefining the boundaries of death metal with Starspawn (2016) and the universally acclaimed Hidden History of the Human Race (2019), Absolute Elsewhere marks Blood Incantation’s most ambitious work to date. Clocking in at nearly 45 minutes across two expansive movements, the album has been described as “a mind-blowing masterpiece” (Metal Hammer) and “the metal album of the year” (NPR), with Pitchfork praising its blend of “krautrock’s surreal splendor with death metal’s profane madness.”
The tour will include Blood Incantation’s largest UK and European headline shows to date, with select performances featuring Oranssi Pazuzu, Sijjin, Esoteric, and Author and Punisher as support.
