Relive Some Of The Best Moments From 2000Trees 2025

The dust has settled on another 2000trees festival, we are free from the 2000 wasps and 2000 degrees heat waves (OK slightly exaggeration). It’s been one week since the festival ended and we’re deeply missing the outrageous scenes of Upcote farm and counting down the days until were back, so what better time than to look back at some best moments of this years festival.

Year on year, 2000trees hits it out the park, delivering 4 days of the best musical talent; featuring both heavily established and on the rise. Visiting 2000trees is an experience like no other and one that will have you returning time and time again. After all, there is a reason its the best UK Medium Festival.

In no particular order, its time to re live our top moments of 2000trees 2025 while we recover from the post festival blues.

Twin Atlantic making their return to 2000trees

Having headlined in previous years, it was an absolute joy to see these scottish legends back at the festival. When you see Twin Atlantic on a line up, you know you’re in for a treat and will likely be leaving the set without a voice from singing your heart out, especially when classics such as Free, The Ghost of Eddie, and Heart and Soul are brought out.

Frank Turner performing Love Ire & Song in full on the forest stage

Although it could be argued this probably should’ve taken place on the main stage, whats more special than Frank Turner returning to his stomping ground to perform a fan favourite album in a fan favourite setting. With a significant number of the 15,000 attendees marching in force down to the stage, this certainly was a performance to be a part of. With everyone up close and personal and the forest over flowing; this moment just felt like trees summed up – a true mates fest and family atmosphere.

Taking Back Sunday and Adam Lazzaras mic tricks

A hugely exciting booking for the festival, and one many attendees have dreamed of for years finally brought to life. Curating a perfect setlist balanced with new material and throw back classics this had something to please everyone in the crowd and leaving many of us nostalgic of our teenage years. Of course it wouldnt be a Taking Back Sunday show without us all fearing Adam Lazzara accidentally hitting himself with his many crazy mic tricks.

Letlive, Marshall amps, Jason Butler’s stage climbing frame shenanigans

When you see Letlive on a line up, you know you’re in for a great and chaotic time. Of course the music delivered as expected but we also witnessed a marshall mascott crowdsurf, join the band on stage, and see Jason use the stage as his own personal climbing frame while sending the crowd into a mild panic. His mic may have been cut but the band carried on!

Grumble Bee returning to 2000trees after 7 and a half years

Over the years, 2000trees has collected a handful of artists who are part of the furniture, even if they don’t make it back every year it feels like they are part of what makes trees. After 7 and a half long years, Grumble Bee finally made a triumphant return and absolutely dominated the forest stage. A set filled with class music and cheeky banter, please don’t leave it so long next time.

Million Dead Reunion

20 years in the making and possible one of the most anticipated sets of the weekend outside of headliners Kneecap, Million Dead finally walked back on stage together and everything felt right for an hour. Headlining The Axiom to a packed out crowd on friday night, its safe to say booker James Scarlett made many peoples dreams come true with this one.

Unpeople dominating the main stage

Forever going from strength to strength, unpeople are one of the most exciting bands on the circuit right now. After a fabulous set for those lucky enough to be part of the Wednesday party, this was just bigger and better with somehow even more energy, featuring guitarist Luke getting right in the circle pits and crowd surfing… all while continuing to play.

Hiymalas debut 2000trees set

Performing on the main stage early Thursday, Hiymalays finally got to play the festival after longing to do so for such a long time. It’s a shame we’ve had to wait so long to see them at upcote farm, because they absolutely dominated their set. Incredibly slick, cool, and smooth this is a band that deserve all the flowers and one we really hope to see back at 2000trees and further up the bill with a longer set.

The Hunna Performing Bonfire

Making their debut appearance at the festival, The Hunna delivered a stand out performance. Showing off their range of some indie bangers and more rock heavy anthems, the trees crowd are absolutely going to be demanding this band to make another appearance. But the special call out goes to all time fan favourite track Bonfire. The perfect festival anthem, and even more perfect in the gorgeous surroundings of Upcote farm.

Vukovi That’s all we need to say

Another incredible representation from scotland, we always have love and time for Vukovi, and so do the 2000trees crowd. With an enormous turnout for this chaotic set, it was a highly memorable moment of the weekend. With Janine rocking the crocs on a melting hot stage and world famous 2000trees mascot Mr Fridge popping up, putting it simply, you just had to be there.

Alexisonfire performing This Could Be Anywhere In The World

Another hugely anticipated band of the weekend and another bucket list band for the festival. An incredible set from an incredible band but one moment stood above the rest, a full main stage field all beautifully singing along to This Could Be Anywhere In The World slowly bringing a perfect weekend to the end.
