British heavy metal and Judas Priest; Two terms synonymous with each other for the last forty years, and probably the next forty years as well! As a result Rock Sins is delighted to announce the first bit of new music in almost six years from The Priest has surfaced ahead of the release of their seventeenth studio album later on this year.
The new Judas Priest album will be titled “Redeemer Of Souls”, and finds it’s way onto shelves on the 14th of July in the UK through Columbia Records, and one day later in the US through Epic Records. The new song the band have released is the title track to Redeemer Of Souls, and finds the band in fine form, particularly showcasing the considerable skills of newest member, guitarist Richie Faulker who replaced longtime guitarist KK Downing a couple of years ago. Redeemer Of Souls is the first Judas Priest record to feature Faulkner. Without anything further from us, you can enjoy Redeemer of Souls below:
Judas Priest completed their last full scale world tour – the “Epitaph” word tour, back in May 2012 with a show at London’s Hammersmith Apollo which Rock Sins was lucky enough to be present at – a show that was subsequently released as the DVD for the Epitaph world tour. As more news and more music surfaces from the new album we will bring updates to our readers as and when we have them.
