A Beacon of Light in Dark Times; Lonely The Brave Release ‘Open Door’ & Confirm Album Release Date

This year, we’ve seen Lonely The Brave return with the two brilliant tracks Distant Light and Bound. With everything feeling a bit bleak at the moment, new music is certainly something to keep us going and that’s exactly what Lonely The Brave has to offer.

The alternative rock band have recently dropped their latest single, Open Door for fans to get their teeth into. This brilliant new single gives an insight into what is going to be a truly intimate album, while holding onto their distinctive rock style.

Listen to Open door below:

All three tracks will be released as part of their upcoming album, The Hope List which will be out 22 January 2021. Although this feels like a while off, it’s going to be worth the wait. The band have shown pure determination and dedication to patient fans to make it known that they aren’t done putting bangers out yet. This all out attitude definitely demonstrates a sign of hope and give us all a real beacon of light that is needed now more than ever.

Lonely The Brave founding member, Mark Trotter, has spoken about the album and the optimism surrounding the announcement:

“Given everything that’s happened to this band, it would have been remiss of us to try rushing into this or do something that wasn’t right. It takes time. We’ve been a band for over 10 years and stuck in our ways a lot. There has been a huge shift in dynamic now. It’s a completely different vibe from where we were before. There’s a renewed energy and a renewed focus. Everything feels very positive in the Lonely The Brave camp.”

As well as looking forward to The Hope List fans can also pick up tickets to catch the band playing across the UK next April. Tickets can be purchased at lonelythebrave.com
