Mayday Parade have announced their new EP, Mayday Parade Lofi. Due for release on March 8th in collaboration with notable YouTuber, Less Gravity. Who specialises in creating Lofi tracks, a current popular music trend of slowing down tracks and creating a chilled vibe with soothing melodies and downtempo beats. The Lofi content creator has teamed up with the band to put a dreamy, vaporwave-soaked spin on some of Mayday Parade’s most beloved songs.
Mayday Parade Lofi will include big hits such as Jamie All Over, as well as downtempo interpretations of other Mayday Parade fan favourites Miserable at Best, Jersey, Terrible Things and Oh Well, Oh Well.
Jake Bundrick, the band’s drummer said of the new EP: “The Lofi EP was something we all wanted to experiment with and see how some of our music would adapt to the genre. Collaborating with Less Gravity made this all possible. We’re stoked how it all turned out.”

Alongside announcing the new EP, the group continues a busy and prolific schedule. The band hit the road hard in 2023, touring North America while also releasing stand-alone singles Miracle, More Like A Crash and Got Me All Wrong. Currently, they are also set to head overseas to Australia and the Philippines, and this Spring will see them playing across Europe, the UK and South America. The tour is already underway, starting earleir this month on January 18th in Paris, France.
