Huge news came from the organisers of the annual Slam Dunk Festival last week as they revealed a whole heap of bands for 2015’s edition of the festival. Fresh from the Kerrang tour, British rockers Don Broco join the likes of You Me At Six and Lower Than Atlantis on the main stage whilst American metalcore act Beartooth also make the lineup. One of Britain’s leading acts in the alternative scene, While She Sleeps, also are added to the lineup ahead of their hugely anticipated second studio record, Brainwashed. This follows from the mammoth first announcement that included the likes of You Me At Six, Gallows, Neck Deep, Crossfaith, Reel Big Fish and more! Slam Dunk is unique in the sense that is offers three dates covering the north, the midlands and the south of England; giving alternative music fans across the country a chance to see the scene’s biggest bands perform.
Slam Dunk takes place at Leeds City Centre on Saturday 23rd May for the north, Hatfield The Forum on Sunday 24th May for the south and Wolverhampton City Centre on Monday 25th May for the midlands.
